Health and safety forms
You will not be permitted to exhibit if you have not completed your H&S form and sent us your food hygiene certificates
You will not be permitted to exhibit if you have not completed your risk assessment
You will not be permitted to exhibit if you have not completed your declaration form
We require all of the below to be completed by Tuesday 28th May

A copy of your food safety certificate (if required)
(this includes your nameboard)
Loading slot request
(note these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)
Friday 7th June: 11pm-2am for vehicle access (must be pre-booked)
Saturday 8th June: 6am-8am for vehicle access (must be pre-booked)
(Note you are not permitted to bring vehicles on to site, or to use trolleys outside of these times due to health & safety).
Sunday 9th June: 6am-8am for vehicle access if you need to replenish.
Saturday 8th June: 11am - 8pm
Sunday 9th June: 12pm - 6pm
Sunday 9th June: You will be allowed to hand carry items off site from 7pm onwards, provided the area is clear and it is safe to do so.
Vehicle access on to the square is from 11pm only, this must be pre booked.
VEHICLE ACCESS TO WESTFIELD SQUARE
We will allocate your loading slot on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Rachael Elliott asap to book your slot.
You will be given a 15 minute time slot to offload your vehicle, after which it must be removed from the square before you commence with setting up your stall. Failure to remove your vehicle will result in delaying other exhibitors from being able to off load.

WESTFIELD SQ EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES
The below operation guidelines have been set out for the health and safety of the public and yourself.
These guidelines MUST be adhered to or will result in your stall not being able to trade.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED:
Attaching anything to the stall structure. This is not allowed
Any activity outside of your designated space
Sound systems of any sort
Open toed shoes or flip flops during build times
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on site during build
All staff must be presentable and polite
You must report to the organisers upon arrival
Loading is not permitted during operational hours
Health & Safety and Declaration forms MUST be completed by Tuesday 28th May.
All equipment MUST be PAT certified with Certs

Catering equipment and furniture hire
London Eid Festival will not be providing any exhibitors with furniture or cooking-related equipment.
HEALTH AND SAFETY FORMS
Depending on what type of stall you will have, please choose ONE of the options from the below forms and complete by Tuesday 28th May
We require a risk assessment to be completed by all exhibitors by Tuesday 28th May. Your risk assessment should consider all aspects of the event including set up and live days, and consider risks to yourself, your staff and others.
