EVENT TIMETABLE
LOADING TIMES FOR ALL STALLS
Thursday 3rd: 10pm-2am
Friday 4th April: 6:50am-8am
LOADING ACCESS TIMES IF YOU NEED TO REPLENISH
Saturday 5th April: 6:30am-8am
Sunday 6th April: 8am-9.30am
Note: You are not permitted to use trolleys outside of these times due to health & safety.
Please be ready for H&S checks Friday morning from 9 am. No late arrivals - be ready to trade at least 30 minutes prior to live times.
LIVE EVENT TIMES
Friday 4th April 11am - 9pm (all off-site by 10:30pm)
Saturday 5th April: 11am - 9pm (all off-site by 10:30pm)
Sunday 6th April: 12pm - 6pm
BREAKDOWN
Sunday 6th April: Vehicle access to the square is from 10pm only.
It may be possible to hand carry items off-site from 8pm onwards. This will depend on the dispersal of the crowd and if it is deemed safe to do so.
At this time no trolleys or items that require two people to carry will not be allowed to move
EXHIBITOR SQUARE GUIDELINES
The below operation guidelines have been set out for the health and safety of the public and yourself.
These guidelines MUST be adhered to or will result in your stall being FINED.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED:
Gas cylinders
Vinyl Banners
Pop-up Banners
Attaching anything to the stall structure
Any activity outside of your designated space
Sound systems of any sort
Helium balloons
Teardrop flags
Open-toed shoes or flip flops during build times
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on-site during the build
PLEASE NOTE
All staff must be presentable and polite.
You must report to the organisers upon arrival.
Loading is not permitted outside of the designated hours listed above.
Health & Safety and Declaration forms MUST be completed by 21st March in order to trade.
All equipment MUST be PAT certified with certificates available on site for inspection.
LOADING
LOADING TIMES:
We will allocate your loading slot on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact support@londoneid.com asap to book your slot.
You will be given a 20-minute time slot to offload your vehicle, after which it must be removed from the square before you commence with setting up your stall. Failure to remove your vehicle will result in delaying other exhibitors from being able to offload.

The nearest car park is the John Lewis Basement car park. There are lifts that will bring you to the Westfield Square Level, just inside the Westfield Building. Please note that max height is 2.1M
STAND INFORMATION
You will be provided with a 3m x 3m stall, which includes the following:
Nameboard
Front counter
There is a communal back of house area that you are welcome to use, provided you are respectful of your neighbours and the area remains a safe, workable space for all.
Most importantly we MUST maintain a clear 1m aisle down the centre for all staff to use at all times.

Base – 3000mm w x 3000mm d x 900mm h
Full height including Gazebo
Base – 6 panels 25kg each
Front counter depth – 610mm
Side counter depth – 450mm
CATERING EQUIPMENT & FURNITURE
London Eid Festival will not be providing any exhibitors with any cooking-related equipment.
