HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS NON-COOKING STALLS

Please find below the checklist for all items we require by Wednesday 26th March 2025. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to trade on the day.

1. Employers Liability insurance certificate for London Eid Festival (if bringing employees)

2. Public Liability insurance certificate min £5 Million. If you need to purchase one-off insurance for this event, click here

3. Pat test certificate for all electrical equipment on site

4. Allergen information (if applicable)

5. Risk assessment - All stalls to complete this, with examples of potential risks at the event within your company. Please use the Risk Assessment template if you require assistance

6. ONE of the health & safety forms below:

• No food health and safety form

• Food health and safety form (including sampling)
