HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOOD & DRINK STALLS

Please find below the checklist for all items we require by Wednesday 26th March 2025. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to trade on the day.

Please email all of the below to support@londoneid.com by the deadline - WEDNESDAY 26th March 2025

1. Most recent Food Hygiene Rating Scheme Score (minimum 4* rating required) and relevant to the named unit

2. Please specify which local authority your unit is registered with

3. Employers Liability insurance certificate

4. Public Liability insurance certificate of min £5 Million. If you need to purchase one-off insurance for this event, click here

5. Food Hygiene Training: Please provide evidence that all food handlers have level 2 certification (or Equivalent)

6. Pat test certificate for all electrical equipment on site

7. HACCP documentation - Please use the template Download HACCP Template if you require assistance

8. Risk assessment - Please use the Risk assessment template if you require assistance

9. Allergen information

10. Food & drink health & safety form (you must complete one of the forms below)
